Captain Tommy Hicks started working with Jim Hudson of On The Spot Guide Service until Jim passed away on the ice with Tommy. He then started Beyond the Catch in 2013 and is US Coast Guard certified. In his free time Tommy loves to hunt and fish but enjoys spending time with his two children, Isla and Tucker!

Growing up in Ashland, Wisconsin. Tommy has spent his life fishing the surrounding areas but mostly focusses on Chequamegon Bay and the Apostle Islands! This bay is known for it's coho salmon, whitefish, splake, smallmouth bass and TROPHY lake trout!
